Keterangan
Sharpener for :
* Knives
* Scissors
* Serrated knives
* Electrical knives
* Razor blade knives
* All V-blade instruments
Instructions :
To sharpen a knife, hold it firmly on a solid, flat surface with cutting edge up. Line up knife guide with blade and draw JiffySharp across the blade, from heel to point, with very little downward pressure. Make just 3 or 4 light strokes for a sharp edge. At the end of each stroke, continue an outward motion, away from the blade, to avoid any contact with the sharp edge.
To sharpen scissors, place the JiffySharp flat and draw scissors through slot as shown in picture on instruction sheet, 3 or 4 strokes is usually sufficient.
